For women, style is about having the right clothes, shoes and handbags. However for men, style is about how you live and how you live means that you have the best in life which includes but is not mutually exclusive of money, success and women.
Often times women who are in love with the idea of a perfect life, with a perfect husband, a perfect marriage and a perfect family seek out these types of men. However beware ladies, these men are really the pretenders and not the contenders.
Few men really have it all, although that won’t stop most men from thinking they can get it all…and if they do indeed have it all, we call him Mr. Super-Duper or as Carrie Bradshaw would call him on Sex in the City, Mr. Big. However pay heed, the price to pay with falling in love with Mr. Super-Duper often leads to drama!
Here Are 5 Tips For Women On How To Identify Mr. Super-Duper:
1) The Bond Ambition. He wears the right clothes, shoes and watches, drives the right car and lives in the right condo. If he doesn’t have an Aston Martin budget check for a Porsche or Mercedes.
2) The Right Gadgets. If he’s into “I” – everything (including himself) most likely he’ll have an iPhone, iPod, iTV and iMAC, or his electronics are BOSE and his latest LCD HDTV is at least 64 inches.
3) The Fully Equipped Kitchen. This is usually well stocked with fine wine, cheese and crackers, salami and grapes. His counter tops are granite and his appliances including the refrigerator are stainless steel.
4) The Remodeled Bathroom. This could be Kohler or modeled after Philippe Starck’s designs with marble countertops and floors and cool fixtures accented with Molton Brown toiletries.
5) The Staged Bedroom. Usually decorated with contemporary décor, furniture is minimal – a dresser, a night stand, a lamp and of course a very comfortable queen if not king size bed that is lined with at least 350 thread count sheets from Frette, Scandia Down, or some Hotel Collection brand of linens and towels.
And voila, you’re dazzled by a man for his possessions and super-duper image!
Gentlemen, if you’ve been reading this there is a price to pay once you’ve become or are already Mr. Super-Duper. You might not be attracting women of quality anymore. Women of quality want men with the following attributes that supersede image, fashion and style.

1) Be A Gentleman. It may be old school but so is the old adage that you are hunters. Any successful relationship begins with you being the hunter and the women being comfortable and confident in her own skin. Respect is built upon these foundations and it starts with opening her doors, pulling out her chair and helping her with her coat no matter how modern the woman is.
2) Be Able To Laugh At Yourself. If you are truly confident, you’ll be able to laugh at yourself and not take yourself too seriously. You’re generally intelligent and reasonable yet also humble and your ego is solid enough that you’re open to feedback.
3) Be Fun But Responsible At The Same Time. Everyone likes to have a good time, a laugh and some fun. The key is to know when enough is enough.
4) Be Thoughtful. Modern, independent women also like being treated like a lady. It can be as simple as giving her flowers or surprising her with a weekend getaway. But really, it’s just the little things that count like making the bed, downloading music to her iPod or taking her things to the dry cleaner because you are going.
5) Be True To Yourself. You’re sexiest when you show your true colors and are not trying to impress women with your fancy cars, planes or rolodex. Be vulnerable and communicate honestly. This avoids either one of you from wasting each other’s time.
Therefore all-in-all the key to having the best life is about having balance. You can jet off to fabulous destinations, organize the most exciting activities, and frequent the best hotels, bars, and restaurants. However taking time out and enjoying your own quality time, being true to you without trying to impress others and treating women with respect is truly the secret behind a well-rounded, quality man.
